Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of tfsoftware.com.br, of the TF account and of the company console. By creating an account you confirm that you have read and accept them.

1. What these Terms cover

They cover your TF account and your access to the platform. Specific commercial conditions — price, term, scope and support — are agreed in a separate contract, which prevails over these Terms wherever it says otherwise.

2. Your account

To create an account you must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid e-mail address, confirmed by code.

• You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for whatever is done through your account.
• An account belongs to one person. Do not share credentials: to give colleagues access, use the member invitation.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password — that immediately ends every open session.

3. Companies and roles

One account may create or join several companies, and each company's data is isolated from the others. Whoever creates a company is its owner and may invite members, appoint administrators and transfer ownership. Owners and administrators can see and manage the company's data — by accepting an invitation you agree to this.

4. Trial period

Each company created on the platform starts with a 14-day trial. After that, access depends on the commercial contract signed with TF Software; without a contract it may be suspended.

5. Acceptable use

In using the platform, you agree:

• not to attempt to access accounts, companies or data that are not yours;
• not to probe, overload or circumvent the platform's technical and security limits;
• not to use it for unlawful activity or for content that infringes third-party rights.

6. Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided as is. These Terms set no guaranteed uptime percentage: service-level commitments, where they exist, are stated in the commercial contract. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible.

7. Your data

The data you and your company enter remains yours. We process it only to operate the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not use it for any other purpose and do not pass it to third parties.

8. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in case of breach of these Terms, of use that puts the platform at risk, or of default under the commercial contract — in those cases we will give prior notice whenever the situation allows.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected, except where the law grants a different venue — as for consumers, who may sue where they live.
